Directors Sarah and Nigel Searancke believe the key to a great catering team is ‘experience and a passion for producing mouth watering food and flawless coordination’.


As a qualified chef with over 25 years experience, Sarah has worked in many of Wellingtons prestigious hotels, restaurants and cafes, prior to beginning the catering business. She also spent a period of time in kitchens throughout London. Nigel stems from commerce, management and IT backgrounds and is responsible for the logistics and planning of all events. Their combined skills make for a dynamic team.


All Sarah Searancke Catering team members have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, a passion for food and a commitment to professionalism.


In collaboration with Catering Manager Anthony John and Brent Bonner who heads up the kitchen team we ensure the food that we create is fresh, innovative, tasty and perfectly suited to your occasion. Sarah and Nigel are truly committed to delivering outstanding events and exceptional levels of client service.
